Our Core Team are the volunteer adult leaders that help make Edge possible by helping to lead our students closer to Christ. A passionate youth minister is wonderful, but one person cannot minister to an entire group of teens. That is why Core Members who choose to respond to their baptismal call by serving young people are vital for youth ministry.  The most effective way to influence students is through relationships which is why our core team members are so important to the success of our ministry. Core team members help with Edge, lead small groups during Edge and walk with students on their journey to Christ.

The commitment to being on the Core Team can be somewhat up to the Core team member. At a minimum, they need to put one hour  in prep and prayer and be available from 10am-12pm every other Sunday.
